The Lichty Lifetime Warranty
Jay stands behind the workmanship and materials of every Lichty guitar and ukulele. His goal is to ensure that each instrument he crafts is the perfect fit for the musician and can provide a lifetime of play and enjoyment.
Our warranty begins when you open up the case for the first time. We want you to be 100% happy, therefore we offer a 5-day approval period. 
The full cost* (minus shipping charges) is refundable within the first 5 days. This lifetime coverage is to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not provide coverage for normal fret/fingerboard wear, or damage to the finish or other as a result of improper climate control or other improper care.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges.
